FE!N (“FE!N”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered cryptocurrency trading platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use fein.ai and our related products and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

When you use the Services, we automatically collect usage and device information (for example IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and error logs), as well as trading activity and model performance metrics.
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your settings, secure your session, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
We may receive information from third-party providers you connect (such as exchanges, authentication providers, or analytics tools) and from payment processor Stripe, in line with their own privacy policies.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it in line with our retention policies and applicable law.
