5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- FE!N shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from market volatility, technical failures, or errors in AI model predictions
