Last updated: June 6, 2026
Terms of Service1. Introduction
FE!N (“FE!N”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered cryptocurrency trading platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use fein.ai and our related products and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 From You
We collect information you provide directly, such as account credentials, trading preferences, and API keys for exchange connections. This may include your name, email address, authentication details, and configuration choices inside the app.
For paid plans, limited billing information is processed via Stripe (for example, card type, billing address, and basic subscription details). Full payment data is handled by Stripe, not FE!N.
2.2 Automatically
When you use the Services, we automatically collect usage and device information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, timestamps, and error logs. We also collect trading activity and model performance metrics so we can operate and improve the platform.
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your settings, secure your session, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.
2.3 From Third Parties
We may receive information from third-party providers you connect (such as exchanges, authentication providers, or analytics tools) and from payment processor Stripe. The information we receive depends on your settings with those services and their own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including running strategies, connecting to exchanges, and generating dashboards and reports.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
- Secure the Services, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce guardrails and risk controls.
- Analyze usage and performance to debug issues, improve reliability, and develop new features.
- Communicate with you about your account, security alerts, product updates, and support.
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers that help us operate the Services, such as Firebase (infrastructure and authentication), Stripe (payments), analytics tools, and AI model providers you choose to use.
- With exchanges and brokerages you connect, to fetch balances and trades and to submit orders on your behalf when configured.
- With professional advisors (such as auditors or legal counsel) where necessary for compliance or business operations.
- To comply with law, legal process, or lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FE!N, our users, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or other business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Data Protection & Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to help protect your data, including encryption in transit, secure storage for API keys and secrets, access controls, and monitoring for unusual activity. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel with a business need.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting rules), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it in line with our retention policies and applicable law.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability in relation to your personal information. You can exercise many of these rights through your account settings or by contacting us.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails. We may still send you service or security notices.
If you are in the EU/UK or other regions with similar laws, our legal basis for processing typically includes performance of a contract (providing the Services), our legitimate interests (for example, improving and securing the platform), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required.
8. International Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union, where our infrastructure providers and partners operate. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) where required by law.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
